30-Day Return Window: Unused products in their original packaging (diffusers must be unopened, speakers must be scratch-free) can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees from the U.S. to China. Refunds will be processed within 10-20 days after we receive your returned item.
Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll cover round-trip shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
